Orthocone shell cephalopod from Aring



Orthocone, straight shell of a nautiloid cephalopod found in the Middle Permian-Upper Triassic Telong Formation, Aring, Gua Musang. An orthocone can be thought of as like a nautilus shell but with the shell straight and uncoiled.
